I was able to get some time in at the Camden Ski Bowl and was rather impressed. Then returned to my cozy warm abode to watch even more snow fall off the balcony while enjoying my cherished evening bourbon. I highly recommend Laura as a host & either of her properties for business or pleasure travel.
I travel a lot & this is by far the best yet & the description was spot on! The home literally 1 min. off Route 1. Once up the hillside all evidence of a major road disappeared, quiet & peaceful, exactly what I needed after a long drive.
The 1st morning I got to relax with coffee before my business stops & the amount of natural light flowing in via floor to ceiling windows was heavenly! Downtown is really cute with a river view.
Drip as well as k-cup was available, snacks, water, beer & basic pantry items supplied. All was new except some neat antiques with an awesome Bluetooth Radio in the Parlor.
Bedrooms had spa robes, shower bombs & Body Pillows! I have never had an Airbnb with all that! The bed was perfect & since I spent several nights that wasn’t misperceived from exhaustion. I booked this for myself, my wife couldn’t make it, but she is gonna love this place, the big kitchen & sunny porch when we come to hit Acadia, this place is perfectly distanced for a day drive up.
